Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a cool experience in lovely surroundings, although the price may be a bit high for what you get. However, the lack of responsiveness to room temperature requests and the additional charges for appointments were disappointing.
I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were modern in design and overlooked the orchard, orangery, and river, making it a great place to bring my elderly yorkshire terrier. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the facilities hassle-free and providing well-informed gluten-free options. The location was peaceful and perfect for reconnecting with nature, especially with the quirky little streams, woodlands, and duck ponds nearby. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of choices, although some dishes fell short of expected standards. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind.
The hotel offers a charming and spacious room with a super-comfy bed and a lovely 2-storey layout, although a towel rail would have been beneficial. The location is gorgeous, surrounded by a hot tub, and staff are attentive. Dining was pleasant but with some room for improvement in certain dishes.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were both old-fashioned in a charming yet modern way and of a very high standard. The service from the staff was incredible, making me feel truly welcome and pampered. The location was nice, offering stunning views and well-kept gardens. The dining experience was delightful, although breakfast could have been improved. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor room for enhancement.
